Napinadar Chicken

Typical Toba Batak Food
(Napinadar Chicken )

Hi guys,
Welcome to my blog.
This is my first blog, where I will explain about the regional specialties of Toba Batak people.
Before I explained about my regional specialties, I'd better introduce myself first.
my name is Lamtiar Br Hutabarat, people used to call me TIAR. I used to be called as lapet. LAPET is a typical food for Batak Toba people. but that was then, since I was little. I also don't understand why I am called LAPET. maybe because my name starts with L. Wkwkwk is very silly.
I was born and raised in the city of Medan, but I like to visit my grandmother's village every year while at the same time increasing my insight into regional cuisine typical of Toba Batak.
Now I am far away from them to continue my studies at Indonesian Christian University, East Jakarta.
